Title Coordination

Email: April Olex , Senior Title Examiner - A New Jersey licensed Title Producer, April has many years of experience in multiple facets of the title industry. In addition to heading the examination services at Sterling, April oversees the flow of your order through Sterling's various departments. April can be reached at extension 104.

Settlement

Cindy brings a wealth of paralegal skills to our Settlement Department. Covering all areas of interaction with the lender, HUD preparation, disbursement of funds. Cindy will make all facets of your transaction a pleasant experience. Cindy's extension is 105.

Financial
